Edible 23ct Genuine Gold Large Flakes 100mg

I bought these to put in home-made Christmas plum jam to give it a bit of glitter. Once the jam was in the jars and cooled but not set thick, I put a few pieces of this gold in and pushed the bits to the sides of the jar so they show through the glass. They make the jam look a bit special and festive, and so far the pieces have remained intact and not disintegrated into the jam. I'll see how it spreads on toast when friends have received their Christmas jam!
