I'm 19.5stone and these hold me no problem. The quality seem extremely robust any the dimensions of the sling part where your arms will rest is big making these comfortable. They would get 100% 5 stars but the metal clips although robust and of great quality don't actually open enough to clip over an Olympic bar which is is what I was hanging off. I knocked up a work around in my home gym but they would benefit from a larger carabena, you can always get your own carabena it won't break the bank and is worth it for the quality of these.
