I like this hand-paper towel dispenser for its convenience and minimalist design. I'm using it in my garage, and it feels sturdy and does a great job. The quality seems pretty good, but out from the box, with a couple of scratches here and there, it's not something to keep in my kitchen or bathroom. Overall, it was easy to install, and grabbing a paper towel on the go was super easy. It's not large capacity, but it is good enough for a small office or home.

This paper towel dispenser has a flaw….. perhaps UK paper towels are deeper than other countries but my standard 12cm deep paper towels do not fit the 9cm space. The length is fine but the depth is not therefore they don’t sit horizontal more at an angle.This comes in a branded cardboard box. It is very lightweight and feels cheap. It was easy to install with adhesive pads and nuts to hang it off, it also comes with screws. The button to open the unit at the top is cheap plastic and likely to be the first part to break. Until then it is quite a useful item.

I bought both hand towel dispenser and soap dispenser and they are stunning and look so much more expensive than what I purchased for them.
