We love this umbrella! Worth every penny. Previous ones were lifted out of the patio table and thrown into the yard by windy thunderstorms and broke immediately. This one has survived that twice! The thatch reminds me of the Caribbean beaches.

This umbrella put the finishing touch on my tropical zen lounging area! The thatch is a plastic material but you can’t tell unless you actually touch it and the pole is equipped with a pin and crank. It’s a beautiful umbrella, very sturdy and exactly what I’ve been looking for! I absolutely love it!NOTE: I just received the umbrella yesterday and will update my review if I run into any issues but for now I highly recommend this purchase!

Terrible quality, left plastic all over my yard which got into my pool and made a huge mess. Arrived damaged without the full pole. Unusable

Update: customer service reached out to make it right, which I appreciate. They offered to replace or refund. I accepted a replacement and will update number of stars after I’ve given it a month….. Well, the return window closed yesterday and today the crank doesn’t work to raise it. I raised it yesterday and added the pin to secure. Today while lowering it, I noticed that when I turned the handle the other way to raise it it didn’t work. It has been used very lightly. would love my money back or a replacement as it was expensive.

This is a really nice quality umbrella. We live at the beach so we treat it well by taking it in when not in use. But it’s high quality.
