They seem sturdy enough. At first they were leaking around the cap after i had filled them up, after some research i learned you're meant to remove the ring at the bottom of the cap if you want to make an airtight seal, they're quite tough and seem like they're not meant to be removed, but i got them off with a knife. After that, no leaks!

Brought to make some alcohol, started with some wine then moves onto mead, holds 25L well, is nice and sturdy. Best value for money option to start making moderate home amounts of fermentables!

Good plastic container Use with reservoir with Cordless water pressure

It's surprising how much water is needed when you're off grid. It would be so much easier if there was a tap on the screw cap though.Schoolboy error is not snapping off the plastic ring around the cap before use .... after that, water tight and sealed 👌

Excellent item and exactly what I wanted

Strong and sturdy. However this size, when full, is very difficult to lift as they are very heavy (25kg). I would have been better with smaller containers.
