I use the UGREEN USB‑C to HDMI cable with my Amazon Basics Thunderbolt 4 dock to connect my MacBook to external monitors, and it works perfectly. The cable is solidly built, flexible enough to manage neatly on the desk, and setup was plug and play. My dual extended screens run flawlessly with no flickering, dropouts, or interruptions. It supports 4K @ 60Hz, though I’m using it on 1080p monitors, and it handles it effortlessly. Honestly, can’t really complain – reliable, simple, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you need a USB‑C to HDMI cable for Mac and Thunderbolt docks.

I bought this because I was having issues with my Mac Mini not always turning on one of the monitors when connected via a USB-C to HDMI adapter from a thunderbolt port. It would sometimes need unplugging and plugging in again to bring it back up. This cable fixed the problem and the connection has been solid ever since. Great cable, works as expected. No complaints.

Bought this to connect a chromebook to my big tv. It works perfectly with excellent picture and sound quality. Build quality is very good with a nice braided feeling cable and sturdy connectors. Always found ugreen products to be of good quality and this is no exception. Easy 5 stars from me.

As a regular traveller, this connector USB C to HDMI is perfect to be carried around and I was able connect to most hotel TV from my phone and IPad. It fit with most of my devices which allows me to watch Netflix and practice my presentations. It really display good quality images without any time delay. I purchased the 3m lead and the quality is second to none including the lead itself is robust. I consider good value for money. Highly recommended for work and leisure.

The amount of money I have wasted on cables to connect my Samsung S8+ to the t.v. is madness! I have never found one that works until now! I wanted the cable to be able to play home videos on the t.v. and was desperate to find one that worked in time for my sister's birthday because I had put together a special photo collage video for her and wanted to be able to play it on a big screen. When the cable arrived, I was so dubious about plugging it in and I was worried I would yet again have that feeling of disappoint I have had with all other cables I had tried in the past. I was absolutely over the moon when I attached the cable to the t.v., selected the correct input channel on my remote and bam...there was my phone screen on the t.v. clear as day!!! No software or special apps needed, it worked instantly! I have been into phone shops in the past and they have told me a cable plugged straight into the t.v. would never work and that I'd have to spend over £50 for a piece of equipment! Clearly this isn't the case and I'm so glad I took the plunge in purchasing this cable! To get the best viewing experience for your home movies, make sure that you film with your phone horizontal in wide screen view because portrait videos will not fill the screen and there isn't an option to rotate the image for the t.v. so therefore portrait videos come out quite small on the t.v. screen. The audio is good quality and so is the picture. The cable itself is very sturdy and I believe it will have a lot of life in it. I'm so very happy I stumbled across this cable on Amazon and I would highly recommend to anyone with an android phone who wants to view home videos and photos on a large screen, plus it works really well for watching films on Amazon prime etc! This would also be great for taking away on holiday in the UK if there aren't many channel options on the t.v! In my opinion this is a must have cable for a smart phone! Please note that this cable will only fit phones that use the new curved edge charger port and won't work for the older style curved top and flat bottom port.

Questo tipo di cavo è perfetto se come me avete una postazione fissa con dei monitor e avete necessità di alternare fra il portatile personale e quello dell'ufficio. Questo cavo permette di mandare un segnale video dal vostro portatile ad una TV/Monitor, ma ci sono alcuni fattori da considerare. - Compatibilità delle porte Il cavo è USB-C maschio da un lato e HDMI dall'altro. Questo significa che è largamente compatibile con pressoché qualsiasi monitor, ma potrebbe non essere compatibile con il vostro computer. Prima di tutto lo standard USB-C è compatibile con Thunderbolt a partire dalla versione 3 in avanti, ma l'interfaccia non basta a garantire compatibilità. Se usate il vostro portatile con una docking station e funziona già a dovere, siete a cavallo! La porta USB-C che state utilizzando supporta il canale video. Se non avete mai usato una docking station dovete controllare le specifiche della macchina e assicurarvi che la vostra porta USB-C sia di tipo "DisplayPort", anche indicata come DP Alt Mode. Questo significa che la macchina è in grado di erogare un segnale video attraverso USB-C. Con i MacBook potete stare già tranquilli. - Numero di schermi Sopratutto se siete utilizzatori di Mac state molto attenti. Se usate un MacBook Air con processori Apple Silicon potete usare al massimo due schermi INCLUSO quello del MacBook, indipendentemente che tipo di sistema userete. Potete usare questo cavo in modo diretto per esempio, oppure optare per una docking station con una porta HDMI. Se anche la docking station avesse ANCHE una porta Thunderbolt 3 o 4, non riuscireste a portare il segnale su un ulteriore monitor. Se il vostro Mac possiede un processore di tipo Pro o Max (Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, ecc) il numero di schermi può aumentare. In questo caso allora il cavo in questione è perfetto per voi: non sarete infatti in grado di usare due porte HDMI contemporaneamente, in qualsiasi combinazione, e per avere un terzo monitor dovrete usare la combinazione porta HDMI + porta Thunderbolt. Questo è esattamente il mio caso. Ricapitolando, assicuratevi che la vostra macchina supporti il segnale video su USB-C o che sia una porta Thunderbolt e assicuratevi che non abbiate già raggiunto il numero di schermi limite prima di effettuare questo acquisto. Per il resto, il cavo in questione è perfetto. Rigido, protetto, affidabile. Il segnale è perfetto, i connettori sono precisi.
