ONIDA 1 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper, 2 Way Swing, Dust Filter, 2023 Model, IR123DAS, White)

I purchased this Onida Split AC last year. Its working quite well and its cooling is also very good. Its Value for Money. Must Buy.

product was received without copper wire and nuts. i contacted amazon...my issue was resolved within seconds....but i lost 1000 as Amazon people adjust less amount. Overall it was good but i recommend all to check things while taking delivery which is not possible as we donot know that package is tampered on the way or at dispatch unit.

I must say this product is very good. Cooling is good considering my room size 150 sqft. I am not in the top floor. The technicians are excellent and installed very quickly. I guess, installation can be done within 24 hrs of delivery if there is moderate pressure on installation. I must say it is value for money.

Its a fantastic product that only people who know what ONIDA is. The other brands only dump money on customer for thier adds. Its the BEST AC money can buy at Cheapest. It is serving the same room what a 1.5T Hitachi used to serve earlier with lots of noice and excess power consumption. Very Happy with its cooling and functioning

Hello,I’m writing this review after using this AC for 1 month. Listing the points:1. Upon receipt of the AC, the 10ft copper cable is not provided (which is usually given by all brands).After market the price of which is between 1000-2000/- depending on the region.2. Installation executive called and told me that the charges for it is 1700/- and on top of it installation of the stand and stand cost is 1000/- . Listening to these exorbitant charges I politely declined and called local technician which did it in 1200/- for all and stand costed me 200/-3. After few days of usage I occurred some problem which was due to gas leakage and hence it affected cooling. I called the customer care and they issued me a ticket number. Technician visited and told me very naively that it was due to cool air passing through the slit of my window! And then he closed the ticket without resolving.Again I had to call my local technician who highlighted the issue and resolved it on a very nominal cost.In summary, product is average and on top of it customer support is very pathetic.Upon calculating everything, Voltas or Bluestar or any other big brand is better because service is very crucial in this product.I would recommend not to buy it and spend a few more for good brands with excellent service record.

This Onida AC is very good and cools the room efficiently. The delivery of the AC was on time and hassle free. The packaging was good and sturdy. Installation was also done on the same day it was delivered without any followup, which I felt was very good and prompt service. Overall it was a good experience.

This ac such a nice product of Onida. good product of this price...and cooling is very child. Very silent product no noise.

The delivery was done on time and best part AC is with brackets and copper wire. But since product delivery ..10 days passed no service person came to install, even after calling so many times. Today the service person who came wanted to cash extra Rs. 2000 for hole + 1600 for installation.. so obviously I didn't got it done for this crazy cost. Now I will get local installation person to get the job done costing around Rs 1800 😑.
