Great for Bikram Yoga
I started doing Bikram again after a 3 year lay off. For those unfamiliar, it is a 90 minute yoga class in a room heated to 105 F and 40% humidity. You sweat a lot and by that I mean ridiculous amounts of sweat. I normally go through 1 liter of water in class and 1 liter right after class. Normally I mix in coconut water and Emergen-C packs. They help but I was still feeling like I was drained after classes. I needed something more. So after some research I tried these and I can definitely say that I have taken them after two classes which I did 2 days in a row. They really made a difference. Normally I would feel tired and lethargic, but when I took these the feeling was significantly mitigated. Regardless to say I am a convert and will be taking one after every class.Regarding taste they are OK, don't expect Gatorade type quality but it is easy to chug down with some water. I wish they had a non-artificial sweetener version. I know stevia is considered natural, but it still tastes artificial to me.Bottom line, if they can help after working out in a 105 F room for 1.5 hours then it is safe to say they work. Better than coconut water and better than sports drinks.

Great for hangovers
I bought this specifically for drinking. I am on of those people that 4 beers can make me have an awful headache the next day, sometimes evenust one glass of wine can give me a headache. I normally drink gatorade. I've even tried pedialyte, which seemed to help a lot but the taste was awful. It's so sweet, it was like drinking syrup. I researched trying to find pedialyte for adults, hoping to find a less sweet version and came across these. I just bought the 4pack first, to see if it was worth spending $30 on the 25 pack. I'm already almost out. No matter many drinks I have, I always make one of these before going to bed and it's a lifesaver. I'm sure these would be great for being out in the sun too and getting dehydrated. I've travelled loads and actually never gotten sick travelling (knock on wood), but I'll definitely be taking these in case it ever happens. Definitely worth the money, super convenient. They are less than buying bottles of gatorade, so I don't think the price is unreasonable.

Product has changed and is less effective.
I've been buying this product for years and it has changed so much this time it does not have the same benefits as when I first started buying it.Ex: The description on Amazon shows no sucralose but the ingredients on the packaging clearly reads sucralose.

Works wonders for hangover prevention
Bought this for a trip to Puerto Rico where I knew I'd be day drinking and out in the sun a lot. I had been experiencing awful hangovers lately even after only a few drinks and was looking for something to help combat the shakiness, nausea, headaches, etc. This product definitely worked! I drank several of these throughout the day as needed and one before bed/in the morning and felt considerably better than had I been drinking water alone. I think the key is to mix these in throughout the day/night while drinking and not just wait until the morning after so that you can prevent the hangover, rather than trying to treat it after it's there. Even if you forget and don't take it until the morning after I think it would still certainly help. Would highly recommend this to anyone! Taste is mild and the packets are easy to stick in your purse/pocket to be able to add to water while out. Don't think I'll ever drink without this again!

Great Product
I've been using this project for at least 4 years. There is no sugary flavor. It mixes well and it's great to travel.

Probably effective, but expensive and weird-tasting
I've used these a couple of times now, and I'm not 100% sold on their effectiveness. I think for the most part, this stuff probably does work, but I'm not really that convinced that it's any better than Gatorade or just drinking a ton of water.I get dehydrated pretty easily, travel a fair amount, and like to have a drink or two or three on the weekends, so I've had ample opportunity to try this stuff out. Trying these out a lot, they do help prevent hangovers and dehydration on long nights, but I wouldn't say that it's any miracle cure, at least in the standard dose. The company seems to acknowledge that by saying that you can have up to 8! servings in one day. It's sort of inferred that if you can have eight servings of this, then any one serving isn't that effective.Which is fine, but each serving is over $1. That gets you one 8oz drink. That's about on par with a bottle of Pedialyte, but a lot more than Gatorade, which can still be had for around $1 for 32oz at Target. The fact that this stuff is in packets is helpful for travel/convenience purposes, but it's also just a lot of excess packaging I wish they didn't have. I would like this stuff much more if they also sold a jar of it instead of 25 tiny little packets every time. The other big downside to me is the taste. Yeah, it has less sugar than regular Pedialyte or Gatorade, but I think it tastes pretty nasty and it makes my stomach feel a little weird if I have it on an empty stomach. I've never really tried another electrolyte powder, so maybe they're all like this.

Love these - Repeat Customer
These work really well. Love for sauna use, and recovering from illness. Have purchased multiple times, and even recommended to friends.
