Some days it works and some days it doesn'tAfter writing this review the company immediately, reimbursed for the full amount.I never called them about the problem they just did it.About the pump, 12 w is so much better than 10 w, it gives the extra flow you may need.It also comes with many fountain styes.I will buying my next one from this company

Not happy
I sent the first pump back so i purchased this one supposed to have more pressure the discharge pipe is only 3/8 twrrible flow talked to company we will see what they ssy or i will send back

bought this last year but didn't put it together. after sitting in my closet for almost a year, I finally put it together and it functions flawlessly.

Stopped working after a few days, BUT....
I bought this to use in a two-tiered whiskey barrel bubbler. It worked great for about 2 days, but now it won't work at all.BUT, the company stood by their warranty statement and sent a new pump. This new pump works great with the original solar panel. Customer service was excellent.
