Best Naturals L-Lysine 1000 mg 180 Tablets

I have been taking this product for nearly 4 years now, it has improved many things in my health subjectively. i would recommend this product to everyone.

Bought these as I'd had an unusually long bout of coldsores (at least a month) and after getting fed up and wanting to be clear for a holiday, got them after reading for many years that they were a good form of treatment. My coldsores now rarely get to blistering stage before healing, and the healing time has halved.I don't take these daily, instead as I now have a decent awareness of when I'm going to get a coldsore before the tingling stage (e.g. after a heavy weekend!) I start taking these and take them as directed for the duration of having one and for a few days after.I have read that if you take these daily you should only take them for a year, however I can't find any further information on restarting the course after a duration, so these are my failsafes for nipping the problem in the bud as it arises.

Anyone who regularly takes lysine know how big they usually are and how easy it can be to choke on them, these are smaller than the ones I've taken for years so much easier to swallow (photo attached of the difference)Good value for your money too as you get many more for your money.

They are huge so if that’s an issue for you, try another brand. Other than that, I’ve been taking 2 x daily for about 6 weeks and haven’t even had a tingle of a cold sore in all that time. I’d been really run down and ill so I had one a month for 3 months in a row before taking this. It really has worked for me.

As others have said these are easier to swallow than others on the market, not as powdery and slightly smaller.

Great value for money! I take for my cold sores.Work great. I went on a city break and didn’t bother bringing them for my daily use and boom a cold sore. So one EVERYDAY and you’ll be good.If your unfortunate enough to get a cold sore. My two top tips are.1. Hit the cold sore with acetone as soon as you feel or see cold sore. Please acetone on cotton pad and gold against cold area for as long as you can cope. (It’s a little stingy) but worth it2. Let dry and place a compeed cold sore patch. This should stay on for hours. But replacing a new compeed patch, hit it with acetone again.The cold sore I got on my city break was huge!! When I got home I did this treat and it was downTo a scab in 2 days!

Ordered a new bottle after 2 months with current.Old tablets are the whiter on the left, with the bottle, new tablets revived on the right - darker.The new tablets are a different colour, slighter darker and look worse for wear - the bottle also seems more outdated..Makes me very uneasy.
