Too expensive bit works great.
This stuff is amazing but soooo overpriced. I wish I could afford it.

Eat a little more freely on the Fodmap diet!
A SIBO/IBS GI doctor at a top 20 hospital recommended I try these. Verdict: Expensive but worthwhile if you can afford it or keep for a special (and riskier) meal. After a loooong history with fodmaps, I think the cost/benefit is worth it and am going to get a subscription. Tastes a bit malty and sweet (so harder to pair with salty). It worked (!!) and improved digestion but only to a point -- as in I could eat a little more fodmap food without bloating and cramps but I couldn't go to town and eat with pre-IBS abandon. I am wheat/gluten sensitive and these were fine for me. For savory food, I put a little on my tongue swallow then eat a bite and repeat. READ the DIRECTIONS! First and foremost, it doesn't work for ALL fodmaps, only certain ones. They include a short card with some info, and suggest you download the Monash Fodmap App to help you with types of fodmaps per food item. You can't use on food that's too hot and you need to masticate (chew) thoroughly to mix the enzymes. Consider buying the at home container to save money instead of the individual packets if you don't need the on the go version. Good luck and good eats!

Actually works, I am so impressed
I have trouble with onion, garlic, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage, all legumes except peanuts for some reason. I also occasionally struggle with heavy dairy ingredients. I tested this today for the first time on a salad with pretty much all my trigger foods except broccoli. It worked. No intestinal rumbling, no gas, no cramping, I am so impressed and a little surprised as I thought nothing could stop my stomach from becoming a gas balloon.

Didn't work, but at least the refund was painless
I developed SIBO about 2 months ago, possibly as the result of a Covid infection (long Covid?). Experiments showed that a low FODMAP diet keeps the main issues in check (severe, almost continuous burping is the worst, but the bloating is no picnic either), but I really miss wheat in particular and so was eager to find that FODZYME promised to allow eating that again. I found it very easy to use and completely tasteless, but unfortunately using FODZYME as directed seemed to make no difference in the amount of gas being produced by those critters in my gut. But worse, after using it with ever-smaller portion sizes I started experiencing indigestion that got worse each time I tried it. By the 4th time I was throwing up and developed diarrhea that lasted 2 days (although low gut motility characteristic of SIBO undoubtedly contributed to the latter). It'd be a great thing to have on hand if it worked (nevermind the cost if it makes the difference between being able to go out to a restaurant with friends and sitting at home alone eating a very restrictive diet), but at least for me it didn't. Fortunately Amazon refunded the full purchase price with little hassle, so I'd recommend you try it if you need something like this. But I would further recommend that if you find it doesn't work and/or you don't tolerate it after the 2nd or 3rd dose that you not press your luck!

A must if you have to eat low FODMAP.
I've had SIBO for almost a decade at this point, so I'm quite acquainted with using enzymes to help me digest my food in a way that doesn't leave me miserable in the bathroom afterwards. This powder is an absolute must if you're hesitant about any food you're eating. If you have any kind of special diet, you know the mental girding you do to ask a server or whoever about what's in the food you're about to order or eat. Sometimes they have the answers, often times they don't, and often they are given bad information because people think I'm just being difficult. I can make educated guesses about what's safe this far into my SIBO journey, but sometimes people don't think about garlic powder or onion powder, or what have you. This is especially handy for decanting into a smaller container (I use little squeeze bottles from Daiso Japan that I think are intended for salad dressing in packed lunches) when you're eating away from home or traveling. When I go home to see my family in Georgia, when I tell servers at a restaurant that I can't have any garlic or onion, they say to me, "Oh, there isn't much in it! It'll be fine!" not understanding that no, it actually won't be fine, and you won't be around when it's not fine. So this powder is super helpful for that. Yeah, they sell the small packets, but sometimes I need more powder for a meal than one little packet provides, so that's why I like to be able to decide what amount I'm dispensing. You don't notice the taste at all, unless you get some stuck to the roof of your mouth like I do when I eat spicy tuna on crispy rice. Then it has a slightly subtle sweet taste, but nothing that overpowers the food at all. I'm able to eat a small amount of avocado with this, which wasn't the case before I started using it. It's pricey, for sure. But it's worth it to me to introduce some more variety of vitamins and nutrients back into my diet in a way I couldn't before. I hope my long-term health sees the dividends.

Works well if you follow the instructions: Sprinkle on food (sufficiently cooled to prevent enzyme denaturing) and you will enjoy foods without getting sick. I use the full recommended amount, and use more if I eat again. Fodzyme treats most of the FODMAP oligosaccharides that are blamed for the unpleasant side effects of IBS.

Excellent for fructans and GOS intolerance. No I can enjoy pizza and so many other things when out with friends, and I don’t need to ask my family to alter their cooking.
