A herbal tea which can help with elevated blood sugar level. Ingredients: Centaury herb (Centaurii herba) - 20 %, Artichoke leaves (Cynarae folium) - 20 %, Bilberry leaves (Myrtilli folium) - 20 %, Bean pod (Phaseoli fructus) - 20 %, Nettle root(Urticae radix) - 20 %. Not suitable for people sensitive to the ingredients in the tea or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Preparation and use: place 2 teabags in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water and cover. Leave for 10-15 min to infuse, till the best features of the herbs are revealed, then strain off. It is recommended to drink the tea 2-3 times a day before meal.
