Mine fell apart. Sent Sabre company a message and I followed their return instructions - took a picture sent in, after approval I sent back to them (they paid postage) and they sent me a new one. Had worked fine ever since.

I actually had to use this on somebody yesterday and it worked perfectly. I was able to mace somebody with this from like 8 feet away. It sprayed super fast and hard, like a jet stream. It stopped him in his tracks and I was able to get away safely. There was more than enough pepper spray inside to I do the job. Best part? I didn’t get any on me, not even on my hand!!!! The outside of it didn’t get any of the pepper spray on it. You can clip it to your bag or easily conceal this in it or put it in your pocket. The safety part won’t cause it to spray in your purse. I had it in my big purse full of other things for months and it never leaked out. As advertised, it comes with a window breaker and a seat belt cutter. I love this product and I just ordered a replacement. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere without it. If you’re looking for what I just described here, get this one. It will keep you safe.

TSA confiscated my previous canister on my return flight - even though I was allowed to keep it in my checked bag on the outbound portion of my trip. I like this particular set up that includes the glass breaker and seat belt cutter. The canister size fits securely in my palm and finding the trigger is so intuitive that it takes the worry of fumbling during an emergency out of the equation. The safety feature is well thought out, keeping it from accidently discharging in my pocket, but eliminating the need for an extra step to disable it before using it. I keep it on a retractable lanyard that clips to my belt loop and stow it in my pocket, so it is always in reach in an instant, yet discrete. I do not go outside of my home neighborhood without it and I do wear it when I jog my rural area alone. It gives me confidence that I will be better able to defend myself if the unexpected happens.
