It is applied to the scalp areas with thinning hair before bedtime, then shampooed off in the morning. Use of the product about four times per week is enough to experience these results reported by satisfied users.
Product description Folligen Cream was designed to be effective on hair lines, or areas of the scalp where hair is not very dense. The creams thick consistancy makes it ideal for application to receeding hair lines as opposed to the Lotion which has a more liquid consistancy. Like all Folligen products, Folligen Cream contains high amount of blue copper peptides. Ingredients Purified water, copper peptides (hydrolyzed soy protein and copper chloride), squalane, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, ethylhexyl palmitate, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, cupric chloride, propylene glycol (and) diazolidinyl urea (and) methylparaben (and) propylparaben, allantoin, tocophersolan (Vitamin E), menthol, lavandula augustifolia (lavender) oil, fragrance, mixed (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) tocopherols.

This product definitely thickens up hair and makes it look darker. Although once you stop using it your hair goes back to normal. And it's extremely expensive.

Works a treat on eyelashes and brows!
A copper peptide treatment for helping hair grow - thinning or ageing hair on the head and thin eyelashes/eyebrows. I use this every other day to thicken my lashes and brows. It works! At the start though I used every three or four days to make sure it did not irritate. Luckily I had no issues with it. Would recommend you purchase on a UK site though like more-hair.co.uk as this can take a while to get from the US.
