Why did you pick this product vs others?:It has a smoker and it came with very nice utensils and a cover also. It was not really difficult to put together. I took my time a couple of breaks, but I completed it in an evening.

was not able to put it together right away and now I am 4 days late to return this bent and broken grill!! absolutely disappointed in the way that it arrived. big waste of my money

Take a good look at the "instructions" that came with this smoker. To begin with, a Phillips screwdriver as well as a ???? tool (looked like a screwdriver but with a round, flat, useless head) came with the kit. Two bags of screws came also, but, again, some of the pieces were superfluous; one nut didn't even fit any of the included screws. The pictographs shown did not show how the screws and nuts were to be used. Every screw putting together parts I had to remove and redo. I have been putting together kits for about 50 years now -- never has anything taken this long to complete. I will hesitate buying anything further from this manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded. This grill is really nice and gets the job done baby! Now, putting it together is another story for another time because ain’t nobody got time for that. The instructions are horrible and that’s the issue with so many pieces. This is a two person job that’s very lengthy so be prepared. Overall it’s a great grill for apartment balcony and a great purchase for the price.

Upon opening it, I realized how misleading the pictures are. This grill is tiny!! The shelf can’t even hold a plate. The grill rack touched the coals, that’s how small the chamber is. It takes forever to get hot and the thermometer it came with doesn’t work. SPEND THE EXTRA $100 and get a functional grill because this was a complete waste of money. I would return it if I could but I already used it. LEARN FROM ME AND DO NOT BUY!!!

A few of the pieces didn't fit on correctly and had to be forced on. Then there were gaps on the lids and the smoke just poured out and was difficult to get to the correct temperature. Very cheaply made!
