Works well so far
Our traditional tank water heater blew out and we took the opportunity to go tankless. We have had a couple unfortunate plumbing events this winter, so we do not have a good read on our water/energy efficiency yet. Out biggest concern was whether we would be able to convert easily from a natural gas tanked heater to the electric tankless. We did the plumbing and electric ourselves. The instructions are not the clearest on the electrical set up, so we turned to YouTube to find someone that did it already. We were only able to find a video (Part 1) that showed the water connections, which were pretty straight forward anyways. We could not find Part 2 on the electric, so we proceeded with fingers crossed. In the end, we were able to make the connect without incident. It would be helpful if the company offered step-by-step video instructions.

Really nice!
Once installed runs really nice - silent, runs two full showers with no issues -Be sure to get a qualified estimate for your power installation as it can be very expensive!

Works great
We've been using our tankless for our family of 5 for over 6mo. The husband and I installed this ourselves in no time. Works great, we never run out of hot water. We lose a little pressure if the dishwasher or washing machine is on, but that's to be expected. Worth every penny.

Ok
Takes a little while to heat water you have to run it a little bit. I thought it was supposed to be automatic
