Q: I cannot read the directions since i do not speak polish. i used 2 cups water to one package. how much water do you heat before adding soup mix?

I'm Polish and this was my favorite soup my dad made growing up. This instruction says to add about 3 1/2 cups of water to one package, mix well and heat 5 min. My dad's version has some cubed potatoes added, some smoked kielbasa, half a garlic clove and some dried marjoram added in as well. At the end we sprinkle tiny bit of citric acid, sounds weird but it legit makes the dish and tiny more dried marjoram. Serve with a slice of real plain bread.
