After sales services is good My first purchase stopped working suddenly and it was still in warranty and they replaced the product within 3 days Its works really well for thick hair as well. I like the tool, affordable.

Not reached my expectations
It is ok for drying hair but i expected more I thought it would give me better volume even though I used it but my hair is still same as before(volume) but It dried my hair quickly but my criteria is to get volume but no drying!!!! So it will be better if it has that. I bought this by seeing good rating and though it would work same on me.My hair is soft without using this brush even though I used it same as before no change it's still the soft no volume no small curl nothing!!!!!

يعمل حراره عاليه ولكن هناك مشكله ينفش الشعر ماعرف السبب سريع بسرعه يخترب الشعر بعد استخدامه ولكن انا خذته لتجفيف الشعر جيد

Not suitable for my hair type(wavy). Had to use brush through many times to even get a blow dry effect..advertisements are deceiving. Probably this is best for people with almost straight hair..Returned it.
