Nice product. Fast charging powerbank. It takes nearly 1 hour to charge 5000 mah mobile which is quite fast. I charged my mobile with 5000mah twice on single charge. First time full charge and on second time it charge 78% that means it has nearly 90% effective usability which better than many other. 3 output slot which is plus point.It's also very handy and stylish. Charging speed of poeebank is too good. It gets fully charged in 2.5 to 3 hours and charged the phone in nearly 1 hour. Built quality is also premium.Overall too good and value for money.

This is the worst power bank I have ever purchased. Within a month, the battery swelled, leading to cracks on the upper body. I've sent multiple emails to claim warranty, but I haven't received any response. This lack of customer service is a testament to why people are often reluctant to buy products made in India, as they often sell cheap products with no support. I'd like to add to my previous review. After months of persistent follow-up, they finally sent a replacement power bank. To my surprise, the replacement is not the same as the one I originally purchased. I initially purchased the pTron Newly Launched Dynamo 10000mAh 22.5W Power Bank, which supports VOOC/Wrap/Dash USB charging, 20W PD fast charging, has 3 output ports, and 2 input ports (Type-C/PD and Micro USB), with multiple layers of protection (Black). The replacement power bank they sent does not have a Type-C input/output port, which is a clear deviation from the warranty terms. I have sent multiple reminders but it seems this company is fraud and is not bothered about customer service. I hope this helps.

This power bank have 3 output ports. 2 High-speed USB charging ports and One Type C medium speed charging port. The power bank can be charged through micro USB and the Type C port can be used as both power bank and mobile charging. This is a light weight power ank and its thin and small, hence comfortable. I dont feel any heating issue but one USB charging port has stopped working after 15 days and the return window is closed. If u use 45 or 65 watt 3 A charging cable then this power bank charges mobile with great speed. My samsung A22 5G get full charge in 1 Hr. 20 Min only. Not that good of a powerbank, the charging speed is not upto the par, the advertised 10000 mah battery is not real, maybe goes upto 7500-8000 in reality, the charge cycles are very less, lost the ability to hold charge within 6 months of usage.... Now on a full charge, it charges my phone 30-35 %( my phone is 6000mAh) slowly, n dies out... All the charging ports work, the battery indicator leds worked for a total of one week and then died out, only the led showing full charge was working so unless it was full charged there was no way of knowing how much juice it held. It was not too bulky, and fairly slim, could be eaisily meld in your pant pocket.

I bought it in March and it gave good backup. I was favorably impressed then. But after just 5 months, the performance/ battery backup dropped drastically and dramatically. I'd keep away from this in future However full marks to the company for giving a free replacement. I recommend from my experience: 1. Don't charge with a fast charger as the power bank heats up and eventually loses capacity. 2. Don't use it with a USB C at both sides because high output of the charger also heats up the power bank while charging phones. It's fine if you use the cable supplied to charge phones. I expect it will behave better
