My old machine was a nightmare compared to this one... SO VERY EASY, everything from putting it together, out of the box (took me less than minute) to using it. NOTE: For those people who mentioned dirty water in the hose after use, do this fix: FIX: Put the upholstery attachment on the hose, set it to clean and clean the hose. For me I am a senior, and now have many limits. But this machine I am able to use, I just take breaks. It is no more effort than using an upright vacuum. And the PLUS for me is the smaller water and shampoo. My old one was so heavy that it separated the bottom of the plastic container from the top (a design flaw) and the model was discontinued so I was stuck. Since my limits physically this smaller one is wonderful I take a break when I run out, and I am not bothered to fill it a couple times if needed to do a whole room or one area twice. I needed something with steam. I have a blind cat and she missed the pee pad sometimes. I read the reviews, I watched the videos. When it arrived I already knew how to use it, but I still read the manual, and used it the same day. It does GREAT and so, so easy. There was something in a 2 inch area in my carpet. I have no idea what spilled. It was not something that obviously showed. It did NOT come out easily, but I concentrated on that spot with the steam for a while, a few times, and it got it out. I was using the shampoo with oxy and it would foam around this spot, so I could tell when it was gone. AMAZING, and it was NO work on my part, easy. I love the 2 separate CLEAR containers. I appreciate not having large heavy containers. The electric cord is a good length. The steam kills insects (if it is hot enough I could not find what temp it had), as well as helps with tough stains. Helps get rid of dust and pollen (vs blowing around in dry vacuum). I would LOVE the manufacture to tell me the temp, I believe 130 degrees is required for bugs and larvae. My house is on a slab foundation, so sometimes bugs and be an issue. I am so happy I spent more than I had originally intended and got this. I can't wait to do all my rugs. And it is so easy to use that I will wash them more often, and I LOVE the fresh smell in the house.

Oh im tickled beyond happy. I had a old Bissell carpet cleaner that lasted me 5 years. I was surprised because it wasn't a fancy thing. But, I knew it needed desperately a new carpet cleaner. Let me set up my household. I have a man who for the life of me, doesn't wipe his boots before coming into the house. We live in Florida, we have sand. But, when its wet, its a messy clob. He will also mow the grass, work on cars, work with building stuff, and we have chickens for eggs....THEN come strolling in and yeah, it gets dirty pretty bad. Ha I also have, no judgment, 5 cats (3 rescues, 1 adopted my porch, then became family and 1 we still don't know where it came from. Was only about 5 weeks old when found and is a simease cat *no simease cats around here* so, there's 5 cats, 3 dogs. 1 is a 16 year old shih tzu, 1 is a spaniel *saved from the pound on last day left* and 1 great pyrenees. These carpets get their use. I don't do the typical floor tiles thats popular in Florida. My feet don't do hard surfaces. Ha. So, now that youre imagination a indoor petting zoo....its not, but the foot traffic...its a busy walking areas. I just used this marvelous carpet cleaner. The steam is definitely wonderful. I got small stains out that I couldn't even scrub out with dawn dish soap and a scrub brush..with EASE! This just went over those areas ONCE and im like, whaaat?? WOW! GONE! No more spots, no stains. Soooooo easy to fill, soooo easy to clean and that brush is fantastic. It also DIDN'T keep even one strand, clump of pet hair on the brush. NOTHING got clogged up because of pet hair and it was so easy to refill mid job, and so easy to assemble. Its not heavy. I was able to maneuver it very well. Im in my 60s, so I'm not as strong as I was in my 40s. But, I was pleasantly surprised by this carpet cleaner. I give it a 10/10 5 stars! I did get it on payments. Hopefully you can too. Because if youre trying to decide, need a carpet cleaner, but the budget is tight...get THIS, and on payments. Im just a regular amazon buyer. Im not a social media person, im not a paid bot. Im just giving you my honest review. Im extremely happy! Its worth the money. No question. Works great. Dries carpet quickly. And my house smells wonderful.

I had a Hoover Steamvac with SpinScrub that parts are hard to get now, and it really was a pain to clean. It really did not do a very good job either, with new models being much better I ordered a new one. I picked the BISSELL Revolution HydroSteam Pet Carpet Cleaner Model 3432. As I have dogs, a saint Bernard and a Rottweiler, hair is a real problem for any carpet cleaner. But this model makes getting hair out of the machine so easy and very little even gets into the tank, so the PET model is just a must. The steam function really works; this is no joke like the Hoover Steamvac that only warmed the water. The steam really breaks up stuff deep in the carpet, it heats the water to steam very fast, in under a minute. The three modes are easy to set and use by pushing a button and the three indicators let you know what mode you are in. All you need to do is push and pull the machine around and use the trigger button when you want to use whatever mode you are in. The solution tank is so easy to fill and use, and even the waste tant is easy to clean and install. This thing is just so easy to clean, I am so impressed at these improvements. All things combined make this carpet cleaner a good value for its ease of use and cleanup, let alone on how well it cleans a carpet. I am very happy with this unit and so glad I spent the extra money for this model.

If you’re like me, you like to keep your area, rugs, and your carpets beautiful and clean. I have a dog who tends to bring in muddy messes. Over the years I have bought a few different carpet shampooers, and only one of them probably worked the best at the time because it had a rinse cycle without having to switch to a clean water tank. Well, that machine didn’t last more than two years. I then bought another one. I think was a Bissell pet pro heat and I gotta tell you, it never pulled out the dirt out of my carpet, no matter how many times I went over it, it remained dirty. I almost threw away my very expensive area rug until I bought this carpet shampooer. I was at the point that I didn’t even care how much money I had to spend to buy a carpet shampooer, as long as I can find something that actually does what it’s supposed to do. Well, it took me a minute to really figure out how to use it correctly to get the best results, And this is by far the best investment I’ve ever made in a carpet shampooer EVER!!!! Ok 1st thing, the pre-stain steaming function works perfect. 2nd thing, the shampoo/heat drying function working together at the same time is brilliant!! 3rd thing, the steam dry works way better than I thought it would. When you use it correctly, it says it will dry in 30 minutes, well it did exactly that. Let’s not forget to mention one of the most things you need to have in shampooer, the strength and power of the suction feature to pull out the water and dirt. Well I cannot believe how much more dirty water this machine was pulling up out of my carpet!! It pulled up stains up that I thought would never ever come out because it never did with two other carpet shampooers. The shampooer is a dream, and it cleans your carpets just like a professional would. I invested a lot of money in rebuilding my home and I want to keep it beautiful and clean and the only way that I can do that is by investing in products like this that will far surpass any of my expectations and is the best buck for your bang. So don’t worry about how much it cost, think about how much it’ll cost you later on down the road when you have to keep replacing those carpets in area rugs when you don’t purchase this product. I used this machine the first day I received it. I have an older dog who doesn’t always make it outside. I think this machine is phenomenal! It is fairly easy to use but a bit heavy and doesn’t turn easily. The suction is great and the floor dries quickly. The attachments are fairly easy to use but not for a lot of scrubbing (hand cramps) due to the size of the handle and trigger. Overall , I highly recommend this machine I feel it is a good value for the money.

Absolutely the best performing rug cleaner we've bought. I am amazed at the criticism of too much water left on the carpet. How do you expect to clean a carpet without LOTS of water?? The competitors' marketing covers up the fact that the cheap stuff doesn't actually clean but leaves the the carpet dry. Well, it's dry because it's DIRTY. I WOULD like to dial back the water volume a bit BUT the Super99 orientals need to be soaked to get really clean so I've learned to park the beast on an old towel after disassembly. The reason why the machine doesn't suck up the water after a while is because it has very efficiently cleaned the carpet and the red filter just below the waste water tank needs to be wiped once AND the lower clear cover needs to be opened and the schmutz removed from the roller housing. I completely agree the lower cover is a PITA to clean and I have to use the garden hose to do it well. We made the mistake of using a light colored oriental right next to the back door and with two always-muddy Tollers and a Pug with a BAD attitude, I shampoo twice a year, table and chairs removed, etc.. The waste water is completely opaque the first try and I need three tanks of soapy stuff to do a 6x9 carpet. It's usual trade-offs - something that works versus something that just looks it would. A LONG time Bissell fan boy...because their stuff works.
