Great phone. Excellent picture quality, and really good value. Haven't had an android phone for years, and I am very impressed with this one. I like the large screen. Battery is pretty good too, only drains fast when used with airpods or similar. Find it charges faster from a power bank than a normal plug socket.

Good product overall, good software support ( system updates, apps, connectivity) Good hardware support ( bright screen decent speed on cpu, memory stand-by time)- good camera front and backbut...- data transfer between your old phone and your new phone is a pain in the....- setup time is a murder- various small bugs that will make you crazy e.g - voicemail notification you can't remove from your screen ( I now the trick now but Jesus!!!)- some apps just won't work, even the one from the store.- confusing sub-setup menus that doesn't change a thing e.g. permission menusSo in general you can live with that phone assuming you have enough patience to set it up but there is nothing special about it. I wanted a phone for few specific tasks and Samsung A23 van do that but it fails on others that my old phone had no problem whatsoever ( crackedscreen, hencethechange). It seems you can't have phone that does everything you want, well you can for stupid money. If this phone gone bust I won't return to Samsung, that's for sure.

Good quality smart phone for a reasonable price. It is great for every day use for browsing the web, making calls and texts etc. The camera takes a very clear good quality photo as well. The battery life is fairly good and it's fast charging as well. The app made it very simple to transfer all my apps photos etc from my previous Samsung phone.

Good all round phone at a competitive price, not too bulky too. Having used the phone for about four weeks there is nothing it hasn't been able to do. I am an average phone user and I did a reasonable amount of research as to the best available Samsung phone around the price point I had in mind. So far I am very happy with my purchase and am happy to recommend.

Way better than my last one. Can download many games and won't lag very much. Has methods for good customisation such as app icons and notifications. Loads of storage space for many photos. Love the fingerprint reader on the power button as it makes it very practical to unlock.

Phone comes in a retail box, but like most modern phones doesn't include a charger, just a USB charging lead. This has to be applauded as most people won't need yet another charger plug. Phone very easy to setup and transfer content from previous phone (using Samsung Smart Switch app). Hanset can take two SIMs, as well as an SD card, so great for those who want one device, but two numbers (e.g. personal & business). I've now bought two of these and both have been faultless.
