kid loves it. soft but firm enough. good value for money. for 5inches, it was super comfy for me and baby (i have to be with him until he falls asleep). good size mattress perfect for the batman toddler bed we got. holds its shape well and quick to expand.

I bought this because my son was ready to get away from the normal vinyl crib/ toddler mattress. It was also second hand and we wanted to buy him a brand new one that he would like, so he helped me choose this one. I did buy a quilted crib size mattress protector for it just in case, as he was still having the occasional night time accident. So far so good on that part. It's comfortable. He's not tossing and turning as much now and looks forward to going to his bed every night without protest and it's able to wake to go to the bathroom at night. He's a hot sleeper and hasn't woke up sweaty since he's been sleeping on it, even though the room is kind of warm during the spring and summer months. I think this helps a lot in all of that, since he's more comfortable now. It comes vacuum sealed in a medium box. Pretty lightweight. Clean. No rips or other defects. No factory smell. It inflated to normal shape pretty quickly out of the package. The corners took longer to come back to shape, so if they don't right away, it may take a few days longer. I don't see this being a huge problem for an older child, but it could be for ones still young enough in a crib. It fits snug onto his frame though. No gaps. There's no springs. It's just like an adult foam mattress. Plenty firm enough for a child. Not so much for a grown adult though lol might work well for dogs too, as others have used it for, although I wouldn't say it's firm enough for ones over maybe 90lbs. My 75lb boxer laid on and it sanks about half way down. The outer fabric is smooth and soft. He loves it, so it was worth buying to me.

I was a bit skeptical, I feel like I spent hours searching trying to find the perfect mattress for my son. There was so many mixed reviews on all of the mattresses I looked at, but this seemed to be the best fit. It comes rolled up, so you have to let it sit for a while before use. It looks pretty flat when you first take it out, but I promise after it sits for a bit it is the perfect size for a toddler. It is nice and firm and super comfortable. It is not squeaky like my daughter's mattress 🥲 Amazing mattress, especially for the price. 10/10 recommended!**My son has been using this mattress for 7 months now and it is still just as good as the day we got it**

Not your typical crib mattress but my daughter wanted her baby to have a real bed so we bought this for her crib. It's both soft and firm at the same time. It came sealed and rolled and it took a couple days to reach its full thickness. Standard crib sheets fit it well. You will need to buy a mattress protector because the mattress isn't waterproof or stain resistant.My granddaughter is 6 months old and likes her mattress. She loves rolling all over her mattress.
