I like these vitamin B12 supplements because they are easy to take. They are chewable and they actually taste good and have a little cherry taste. These chewable B12 tablets are small and colorful. Although the tablets are colorful, they do not stain our teeth. After two weeks that I started taking these B12 supplements I am starting to feel a difference not only on my energy levels but on my mood as well.
