I have had my Kamado ceramic grill for about 15 years and have struggled with various drip/water trays ever since. I place this on a lava stone deflector plate while smoking meat, I wrap both the lava stone and this stainless pan in Aluminium foil, it is perfect for a long smoke, has never leaked and is sturdy enough not to warp as all my other pans have, plus anything that gets through the Aluminum foil is very easy to clean off. So far so good after about 8 smokes inside the grill, I wish I had bought this years ago.

I Bought this pan as a dip/water tray for my Kamado Joe ceramic grill. Very nice low profile and large diameter works great on my 18" grill. I just smoked some ribs and this pan worked just as I thought it would. Very easy to clean as well, but I usually wrap it with some aluminum foil just to make it clean-up friendly. Can't go wrong.

I bought this pan to make deep dish pizza. My old pan was rusting and the non stick coating was coming off. I can use a pizza cutter on this pan without that problem. My pizza came out perfect. I am happy with my purchase

The strip plate is a very good size and durable, and easy to clean.

Measured the diameter and was disappointed that it came up 1/4 inch shorter than the advertised 14 in. Also measured the height and it was only 1 inch, which is also 1/4 inch shorter than advertised. Update: initially rated this 3 stars because it was a quarter inch smaller than what I was expecting. Bumping it up to 4 stats because it performed well as a drip pan for my Kamado Joe. It did not warp. Cleaned up well using Dawn Power wash. Bottom is now discolored but that is expected.

Low profile fits great under my grill grates

I use this pan in my Kamado Joe to catch drippings, and it works perfectly. It’s sturdy, heavy-duty, and holds up great to high heat. Super easy to clean too—just toss it in the dishwasher. Solid pan that does exactly what I need without any fuss.
