A good start
To be honest, good on its own but used a few cans as a base. Added many organic veggies I had left in fridge and organic bone broth. Very good and very healthy.

Zesty Black Beans
There is a metallic taste. Truly disgusting. You’re better off making your beans from scratch. Blue zones should really reconsider having their name on this product. I was so excited to get this and now I cannot return and receive a refund. They should’ve offered one can instead of six to purchase.

Excellent soup!
As someone with multiple food allergies, I need to eat gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy free, so I rely on beans for my protein. It is very hard to find convenience items like soups that are gluten-free, vegan, organic, and not very expensive. I tried the Blue Zone White bean soup and am very pleased. I could have as is, or add rice to this for a more filling meal. This will be in my rotation as we go into winter for a quick dinner or lunch at work. Will definitely try other varieties from this line.

Overwhelming metallic flavor
I really wanted to love this soup based on the simple and clean ingredients. When I heated up my first can the initial scent was really appetizing followed quickly by a shockingly strong metallic scent. I was hopeful it was just an initial odor and that the flavor would be pleasant. I had to choke down the can. All I could taste was the metallic can taste. I even added a significant amount of black pepper and hot sauce and it still was overwhelmed by the metallic flavor. Not sure how they went so wrong in the packaging department, but I eat a lot of canned fruit, vegetables and soups and this is by far the worst can taste I have ever experienced.
