Nothing but horseradish
This horseradish powder is great for home-made horseradish sauce or adding a touch of heat to a casserole, without the dairy, egg and other additives in commerical horseradish sauce. Will definitely purchase more!

Difficult to gage amounts of powder to use to avoid bitterness
I was disappointed by the product because the more powder you use to get the strength, the more bitter it gets. Not sure what I can do to still get the strength and diminish the bitterness.
