Not what I expected
The tile cutter even after scoring the tile over and over. The tile never broke in a complete straight line. Maybe it works better with thin tile less than a 1/4 inch thick?

It’s alright
Definitely not for tile , I had a shower install so I thought this would be a good tool to have after trying it on a 12x24 porcelain tile and mosaic tile it does a terrible job, but something maybe thin like glass would work fine so if u looking for precision that’s not the tool but maybe a good tool for crafting or cutting like wine bottles

Never cut glass before so watched a few Youtube videos before purchasing a tool. The main point seemed to to only score once and not go over again. This tool looked good as it scored and helped break the glass. I was cutting old greenhouse glass so not the best to start with. The first sheet I scored but did not press hard enough for the first couple of millimeters. I used the tool to break from fully scored end heard a crack but the glass did not break so tried from the other side. This caused the glass to break but not along the line. The second attemp, I made sure i scored fully side to side (in one go) then tried the tool until i heard the crack sound which started the break, then broke the glass fully by hand. Perfect!! Once the technique was mastered, the rest of the cuts and each went well. The tool is easy to use and the handle makes it easy to apply even pressure when scoring. The breaking part has a mark to allow it to align with the score and turning the screw allows gradual pressure to be applied until it breaks. Did about 10 cuts and other than the first mistake, every one went well. Very pleased with the tool. Also, the bottle did have some oil in it even though the description says it is empty (about 1/4 full). Would definitly recommend it.

Waste of money, only needed to cut one tile and it failed miserably. The blade just buckled and blunted straight away. What a load of rubbish!

Not good. The handle just keep turned around loose when it reach to put pressure. Need another one as this one has a problem of production. Tried to do it from first time and did not work .
