Directions

Mix 30g with 180-200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender - more or less water can be added to suit your preference. Alternatively we absolutely love this product mixed in with Greek yoghurt (typically 100g greek yoghurt with 30g Instant Whey™ Pro) as a post dinner sweet treat.
