Seems to work great, I also think it helps you sleep at night. The smell is very strong,I just bought the larger jar. I think it works better than Voltaren this is used in daytime when going out. But the Amish stuff is great at night.

It's pretty good. I like it better than the grease one. It smells loud but I like it since I don't leave home wearing it anyway. I can feel it penetrating which is good. Unfortunately, it isn't that great for my ulnar nerve pain, but nothing I've found so far has been effective enough for that severe pain. The search for that continues, but I recommend this for massages and back and shoulder pain that is general and mild pain. There is an instant warming and feeling of comfort that lets you know it is working.

The Amish Origins pain relief cream works really well. Not too greasy, but the smell is a bit strong.

I almost never give 5 stars to any product.BUT, this item first bought in a old CountryStore in NC is a necessity for those like me, aOsteoarthritis sufferer. I was so glad to find iton Amazon. I use on my Knee where I had Knee Surgery 3 yrs ago! It wasn’t a good ortho surgery in some ways. It is still stiff & has pain some of the time. A little goes a long way. It has a strong menthol smell that will open your sinuses at the same time. Put gloves on touse or you could get some in your eyes from fingers. You don’t want to do that.Marsha Sherouse

Definitely I am the Canary in the mind tunnel, because I am extremely sensitive to just about everything. And maybe, for that reason, the amount of menthol in this is just too much for me, and made my eyes water instantly. So I won’t be able to use it. The jar also arrived, cracked across the bottom, so that when I opened the package I had to move my head away immediately as that menthol hit my eyes and nose. Unreturnable too bad.

Found ass by accident at a general store in the mountains. Decided to spray the sample on my sister‘s back and she was like oh I like this tried it two days later I tried it. Then after that, my brother tried it and asked me what I order him some that works pretty good doesn’t smell too strong, just seems to help a lot

Terrible product. It’s not helping and working at all on shoulder pains. Smell so strong, burns eyes.Very upset, cannot even get it returned and refunded.
