RevellLKW 2t. tmil gl (Unimog) Model Kit, 1:35 Scale, 15.5 cm

This kit isn't even worth the one star awarded:What on earth has happened to Revell models in recent years?The quality of the plastic and moulds used has taken a distinct nose dive.The plastic used for this particular kit is rubbish. It's brittle and snaps very easily.The mould for the cabin was distorted.There was a gap of 2mm at the top of the clear windscreen piece and the doors simply didn't fit at all.Small parts snapped and broke when they were removed from the spruces - even though I was using a dedicated pair of modellers' side cutters.Many of the parts simply didn't fit together as they should have.I dread to think how much filler I would have used in trying to fill in the areas that don't fit!?This kit ended up in the bin - the best place for it!

This will become a German Forestry Vehicle for my display, needs some alterations

This is quite a difficult model to make a lot of very small pieces to contend with - but the end product is really good. 5 star rating.

My husband was very pleased with this, bought it for him as a Christmas gift. Should keep him busy for a little while!

Hadn't realised it was a model to build up so that was a surprise. However, my grandson will have great fun building it up with his Granda. Very prompt service reached me before Christmas.
