can these be stacked to increase wattage?

This inverter does not support stacking

If I make an extension cord to plug into 2 of the standard (15a) 110 plugs to a single 30a RV plug, will this power stack from the 15a 110 to a 30a ?

The hardwire screw plugs on the right under the clear cover is rated at 30 ramps.

Can I connect this inverter to my car battery and have the car running and then connect AC devices to inverter?

That should work yes. If the car isn’t running a starter battery will deplete quickly with an AC running. But it depends on the AC of course. A typical 5000 btu window AC is going to use around 450 watts max (11 SEER is typical). So the inverter can easily handle that, and as long as your car is charging the battery from the alternator while running it should work fine. You can also add a deep cycle battery and have it charged by your car while driving and it will run your AC for a couple hours at least without the car running.

Does this unit have an earth ground?
