I purchased this hat for a field day event and I am happy I did! No sun touched my face the entire day. The brim of the hat is large enough to protect your face from the sun. The material quality and construction of this hat is A1. The material is lightweight, but protective and solid. My only issue is the string on the hat is not long enough. This issue also did not interfere with the fit of the hat around my head. Other than that small issue, the hat is worth the money. I will be looking for this hat in more colors.

I needed a hat for sun protection and this was inexpensive and well reviewed. It arrived today and really like it! It's 100% nylon but the mesh band around the crown allows for air circulation and the crease from being folded was easy to steam out. It's well made and a great buy. Highly recommended.

Love this product. I use it working in my yard in Georgia where it can be very hot in the summertime. This hat fits well and provides lots of shade for my head & face. Great product. Would buy again.

This hat was just what I hoped it would be. Nice wide brim, air vents all the way around.The string chin ribbon really helps to keep it in place when it’s windy outside.

Nice hat but I wish I could get this in a slightly larger size. It does feel too tight for me around my head.

Good sun protection. Easy set up, and can modify based on needs. Love the neck and shoulder protection. Face cover will be handy come cooler months! Lighter colors help, too.I have severe heat intolerance, so this allows me to work outdoors safety for longer periods.Nephew borrowed it for outdoor work,too. May have to purchase another one!

We bought three of these for our European vacation last year - it kept us protected from the August sun (90 plus degrees everyday) and cool at the same time.
