Is it good quality, yes. However, we flew on 2 different airlines and neither of them would allow the mattress to be set up in the seat.

The travel bed was excellent on our 8 hour train ride.Since it's not FFA approved, most airlines won't allow you to use it.Check with your airline. But it was amazing on the train.

I brought the following inflatable infant bed in preparation for family trips. I couldn't use it on our flight because it is not FAA approved and I didn't feel comfortable using it in the car because a child must travel in a car seat. I was able to use it at the hotel as a baby bed.
