I thought this was like any other telescopic pole we have in the house - I was wrong.It is extremely resistant, doesn't contract if you've over extened and will not budge. The spring is military grade and once removed, won't fit back in. This rendered it useless and to top it off, it's suggested on the box thst you take a saw to the pole to cut to size...??? Waste of money.

It was a total waist of money. It didn't hold the wall as described. The poll couldn't puss back for adjustment. I couldn't use it .sad.

For now, I'm really satisfied with this product. The rod is thick and, most importantly, STURDY! I bought it because the one in my new house was very thin and completely falling apart. This is very easy to mount and adapt to your walls. If you overextend it, don't panic, just extract the spring. Does the job brillantly!

Really pleased with this rail. The first we bought was Twist and Lock and regularly fell down. This is so sturdy and so easy to put up.
