A beautiful piece of cookware. Also own the 10.2 and 7 inch pans. Per my personal preference, I season each pan several times in addition to the factory seasonings. They are truly non-stick when you follow the proper quidelines. They are my favorite pieces of cookware. The 9 inch makes an excellent sauce pan. If SolidTeknics AUS-ION Comes out with other pieces I WILL purchase them. I think they are superior to my cast iron pieces. WELL DONE!

Excellent product. Quickly became my favorite skillet. Love the depth. I just followed the seasoning instructions and started cooking. This is my second piece and wish that I had more. Worth the investment.

This is an Awesome pan; you get the performance of Cast Iron without the weight and bulk of Cast Iron.
