Good size to work with and carve a variety of projects with. I personally made a long handled spoon with one of these. Nice and easy to work with, the wood quality is really nice. A great deal for what you get and you're only limited by your imagination when you pick a project to carve!

Good for carving
Great size for carving. One of mine was hard in the middle. Made it hard to work, but can't foresee those things. Will buy again.
