So far this has proven to be an excellent product. Two weeks in and I'm really loving it. The fitting are very high quality and makes a nice seal with the hose bib so there are no leaks. What I love about it is that it is so incredibly light weight and super easy to work with. As it fills up with water it extends and when it empties it shrinks. Awesome! It funnels though a narrow diameter which gives a nice powerful spray for cleaning and the attachment has a great setting for watering plants. I used to drag around a watering can instead of dealing with by python of a garden hose.... but no more. This makes every day watering and cleaning a snap.... But the best it putting it away.I'm not following the instructions and storing it out of sunlight. We will see how long it lasts....But for $29... I'd be willing to get a replacement every now and then.Also.... I just used it to spray organic fungicide on my fruit trees and the shut off value made it a SNAP. This alone is worth it's weight in gold to not be covered in all that junk.Never thought I could be so excited for a darn garden hose but this one is a little gem....Oh... and one more thing. The hanging assembly is really a creative storage solution. Just coil it up on that and hang it on the hose bib... Voila... Hose is easily stored. Because it is so lightweight there is no need to buy a storage container. It's great.I'm going to buy another one for the front yard!

I like the fact that this hose kit includes a hanger, faucet adaptor, spray nozzle and even a car wash mitt.I love having a hose that shrinks to nearly nothing when you are done using it.I have had several expandable hoses in the past with mixed results when it comes to springing a leak over time.My hopes are high, but only time will tell . So I will only give four stars for now.I will revisit this review in a few months with an update on the reliability.

I really like this hose, as well as the accessories, but I'm not sure how practical it will be for me since we have a concrete drive and it's difficult to carry the hose in order for it not to touch the ground. If it does touch the concrete, it snags, which will shorten the hose's lifespan for sure. The sprayer is very nice, and it's handy to have a hook. Maybe it would do better with an asphalt drive instead of concrete.

I live in Northern California - bay area (Summers are not very hot & winter is not too cold) It worked well in the beginning with the intended purpose, expanded when water was switched on & compact back to store.Pros:- Lightweight- Expands on use (though I doubt it goes till 50 feet)Cons:- Developed leaks over time- Cannot fix it (have to throw away)If you're still reading & want to know: After 1 year of use it has developed enough leaks to make it unusable (water leaks all over and gets you wet due to pressure). I stored it in shade. We don't have any sharp rock structures for this hose to get cut. I handle the gardening in the house & am always careful on hoses (I've gone thru fair share of rubber hoses). My intent was to have something where it would last longer.I would NOT buy this one again.

I had my doubts this would hold up but I've had it for 3 months and use it nearly daily and it's hanging in there. I have high water pressure so try not to leave it in the off position too long just in case. What I absolutely love is that it collapses to nearly nothing and is very light and seems longer when pressurized than my other 50' coiled hose which was constantly giving me problems. This on the other hand makes watering a delight so I'm getting 2 more. Only drawback is that the sprayer failed the first time I used it so I wish they offered this just with the hose and not all the accessories since I don't need them.

My wife was so happy using it for about 3 to 4 weeks and then she stopped using it. After a while she told me that the thing started leaking, but I did not realized how bad it was until I did a close inspection. She tried using duct tape on at least 8 feet length of the hose that she wound really tight, but it was still leaking bad. She told me it was a lot worse before she wrapped it with duct tape. I just can't imagine how bad it really was. This is the second one I bought after trying the 50 ft model which is still working. Looking at the other favorable reviews, I think I just got a lemon, but there's nothing I can do about it. Buy only if it comes with replacement warranty.

For me, it didn't work out too well. The reason is my outdoor faucet is in the garage and it doesn't reach outside to where I actually need it. For example, I was trying to use the hose to test it out on washing my car but unfortunately, it was too short. It couldn't reach outside the garage actually. So if anything I can't really use it for outdoor use. At least the accessories it came with was pretty handy. I used the multi-spray tool that it came with and put in on my old hose instead. Not a bad product just didn't work well too well for my needs.

I was needing a hose for our camping trailer but regular hoses take up so much room and in a small trailer space is a big issue. I was wanting something that had some length, and this one has 50', plus small size but still rugged enough to last. Plus I was going to need some attachments and they were included with this hose. And the brass ends look as if they will last forever!! But the clincher was the sack that it is all stored in. That made this sale because not only is it the right size but it also is totally contained and will fit nicely in the storage bin.
