I love this product. I've tried everything. I've used the Kirkland Brand dairy digestive aid(Cheap but I have to take a lot). I've used the name brand Lactaid(not so cheap and I still have to use 3-4x the recommended dose), I've also use a product called Milktab that is much more expensive but this Nutricost product is top notch and it's cheap. When I eat Dominos pizza I usually had to take at least 6 of the kirkland pills to prevent stomach discomfort and diarrhea. With Nutricost, all I need is 1 pill. With really creamy ice cream i take one before and one after and I don't have to go to the bathroom a few hours later to let it all out either. I really love this product, the functionality and the price point are all perfect.

My son can enjoy milk again. These work better than the brand. Nutricost is a very reputable brand and we buy multiple different supplements from them.

Works for sure with a neutral taste like arabica gum.. This being said as one always vigilant about new age marketing shenanigans coming faster and at too many angles by the day. The price is right. As with any product, crush with mortar and pestle to absorb it faster when you haven't taken one a half hour before a big dairy meal recommended.

The lack of undesirable filler ingredients is the primary selling point. The taste is unpleasant if you allow them to remain against your tongue for more than a very brief moment before swallowing. They seem to work effectively (I’ve only ever used Walmart lactase pills besides these, and without being able to tell precisely how much lactose one is consuming at any given time, it is difficult to rate their potency. I’ve learned to always err on the side of using too many at a time rather than too few)
