Q: Both sets of lights are staying on all the time. i've adjusted the lux dial to minimum and maximum but it's made no difference. what am i missing?

My brother in law fitted mine.I will contact him and ask.

I had to purchase separate bulbs.

Q: How and where do I adjust the sensors

Pull down the top of the sensor behind it there are three adjustment screws

Q: Can these lights be kept on permanently from like 6-10pm & when you go to bed you change them so they come on when the sensor detect something/someone

No. But they do have an adjustable timer that might allow them to stay on for, say, ten minutes or more once they have been activated.
