Plunge Saw GKT 55 GCE (110 V, 1 x Circular Saw blad, Hex Key, in L-BOXX)

This is a stunning tool. I have used/owned other plunge track saws but this is so impressive. It does cut to the half millimeter as long as you care about what you are making! I have had this for close on a year and it is a joy to use. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for with Bosch Pro tools which is high quality (in my opinion and I have used many brands over 45 years of work). The guide rails are much more expensive than say Makita or Dewalt but they cut to the half millimeter and do not move which is what you need and if you want to you can remove a panel in the saw's plate which then allows you to use a Festool or Makita rails (and maybe some others as many are based on the initial Festool design). Blade changes are simple and using the correct blade for the material means that I have found even the superb accuracy increases! All considered, if you use tools like this then this is an excellent tool which will increase your joy for the trade. Great tool and I have loved it since October 2024 (It just doesn't stop impressing me every time I use it and that is often). For what it is worth, I recommend it.

Only used it once so far, Cut out for a sink in 40mm worktop using Evolution guide rails cut through in one pass no burning. Perfect cut, absolutely no chip out. Got it at a good price, £100 cheaper than my local tool store. Can’t wait to use it again

Fantastic saw, cut a kitchen worktop (when used with the bosch guide)chip free. Much better than a standard circular saw and makeshift guide. Adjustments are easy to make and as I also had a bosch workshop vac it left the kitchen where we were doing the cutting debris free.Should have got one years ago.

Damn good, though the accessories (like tracks) are *very* expensive, and the clamps for the track are incredibly expensive for what they are.
