VALUE 4 SET OF HEATMASTER GOLD PARASOL HEATER BULBS

Arrived on time. Fitted and working on my Gazebo patio heaterUpdate - replaced 1 lamp that had blown other 3 are originals and 6 years old. Replacement on lasted 2 month with hardly any use. Will see how long next one lasts.Update 6/10/20. 2nd one lasted a week and approximately 4hrs use. I even swapped them round to see if was the unit that was the issue and the new one has stopped working Emailed supplier and will update with response.Final update. Supplier replied straight away to ask what model heater was. I advised and was expecting an answer of not a heatmaster so tough but I got a sorry not a heatmaster but we will give you a refund. WOW did not expect that. Excellent customer service. I will definitely buy something else from Oxford Barbecues again. Thank you and well done. By the way I bought one from another company and its been on a week with loads of use and working perfect.

It's not overly different colour-wise from the red ruby bulb. I actually almost struggled to tell the difference side by side. This gold bulb is supposed to have longer life. I guess time will tell. I don't think the gold bulb is quite as hot as the red ruby bulb either.

Haven't had much use yet but delivered quick and work okay

The bulbs are as described and work well in our heater. One of the bulbs was broken but that probably occurred during posting and I forgot to follow this up.

Great product to be used in my bamboo hut in my garden. The last heater tubes lasted well over 4 years. These were priced at a good price as I purchased 4 off.

The first bulb blew after 2 hours use, the second bulb blew after 5 hours use, The bulb rating was correct for the heater, and I wore Soft cotton gloves while fitting the bulbs.The cheaper ruby red bulbs seem to last a long time, in my case these gold bulbs do not last and are poor quality

Did the job for our heater as described. Excellent customer service, 2 bulbs received damaged in transit but replaced immediately without any question.

I have purchased the same lamps from other suppliers and they have not lasted very long which has made me suspicious. These have been working perfectly for months now and were a good price. Had a fault with 1 lamp which was replaced by return post. Good, genuine product, excellent communication and customer service.
