I love this product! In truth ladies, I was looking for a fiber solution that would empty me out entirely because i've been embracing back door play. I turned to my gay pals and they had suggested PURE for men. I started with that product before I realized there was a PURE for women. This one has a slightly higher fiber count, and it works wonders. You should have at least one serving of veggies and drink plenty of water. I started with the suggested dose, 1 pill 2x a day, then 2 pills twice a day. Three pills twice a day works as well but I just increased by dose to 3 pills 3x a day, results are TBD. Don't be shy, give it a try! It really does bind everything in your digestive track and empties you out, no mess no stress......why am i rhyming?!

Okay. So I just got this product and I can say it’s already making a big difference in my life. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying it can take up to 3 days to start working but that definitely wasn’t my experience. It began working immediately for me. But I also have a fairly minimalist diet. So that likely plays a part.I also didnt experience any bloating. But keep the above in mind that I have a minimalistic diet. If you tend to overeat or eat poorly, odds are, your results either won’t be as good or will take longer to show. I will be ordering this item consistently from here on out.

I ordered the Pure for Her 160 capsules to help me go to the bathroom more regularly. I have dealt with constant constipation for a long time and other things like Benefiber never really helped me. I would only go 3-4 times a week. I took 2 pills and about an hour later I was able to go to bathroom with no problem. I have taken 3 pills once a day since I got it an I can go soon after taking the pills every time. I don't even have to take it twice a day like it says, but if I did I'm sure it would be even more effective. A great product at a super reasonable price, I will keep ordering!

I've never had a problem going. I wanted to start taking something to keep my cleaner and ready for sexy time. This has done nothing but cause me problems and do the exact opposite of what it says it's going to do. I followed the directions and drank plenty of water yet I can't go. Really Pure for her?

This worked as described however it made me grind my teeth and push thrust my tongue. I stopped taking it for a while to see if it would stop and it did and then I started taking them again about two weeks later and my teeth grinding started again. :/

Started taking this supplement to help give me a flat tummy lol but also helped me to stop my hair from shedding. Maybe I was ironed deficient idk. But I’m happy!
