Work exactly as intended
I was looking for a good but cheap set of truck topper clamps. These were perfect for my Silverado. I don't know exactly what torque spec to recommend, but since there are 6 clamps, I just tightened them evenly and snug without cranking on the bolts. They work great.

Good but one was faulty
Great clamps for my camper topper. However one of the holes wasn't completely drilled through to be able to fit the nut and bolt. Other than that, the others have been working great. Really easy to install and secure

These clamps for me, did an excellent job, holding down my truck topper. I bought some 3/8 inch thick high density foam to go between the truck and the truck topper. These clamps seem to pull it down for a good solid, secure fit. Reading some of the reviews, it was mentioned that the clamps need to be tightened every once in a while. I have not had to tighten mine at all, but it’s only been about a month. If I had to change anything, they would not stick into the truck as much as they do. It’s really an insignificant issue .
