OK.. I didn't hold out a whole lot of hope, as a lot of these things just don't work! Butttt... I am telling you our 13 year old lab has made a turnaround on these! She's acting like a young dog again and has had a lot of relief in her hips... She's jumping on the couch again, having her upside down rolling fits and running for the tennis balls again. The only thing I have noticed, and she's been on 2 chews daily for four weeks, is that she's itching a little bit and she's never had that issue before. I don't have any proof it's related to these but she's ready to drop down to one chew a day so we'll see if that helps the itching. Frankly, it's very mild and I would take it over the stiffness any day for her.. anyway, I highly recommend these and would be interested to hear if anyone else's dog has experienced itching with them.

These worked wonders on our 12+ year old dog. Winter is especially hard on our boy’s joints due to the cold, and the last two winters he has really slowed down to the point he mostly just sleeps. We tried these this year, and he’s so much more mobile again. He’s going up and down stairs, on and off the couch, and overall just moving more. While he’s still a little shaky and clearly not as strong as he used to be, I think this has brought him back five years in mobility, and he’ll now be able to build back some muscle. Highly recommend these!

I have a 13, almost 14 year-old Maltese. I could definitely tell how well these chews help her joint discomfort and ease of movement. she is often pretty stiff when she gets out of bed or wakes up from a nap and when she’s taking these, they work well and pretty quickly and I don’t see the stiffness any longer. Sometimes I forget to give her a chew after a couple of days and I can notice the difference when I skip.”

Nice supplement for our older doodles. Our dogs are 4 and 8 years old and we want to prevent the hip and joint pains as they get older. So far, it has been very effective.

This product is magic. I have a senior 11-year-old Chihuahua. He’s pretty picky. I started noticing him having creeky bones, especially in the morning. He would favor one side and just have a little bit of stiffness in his joints. I started giving him half of a wuffes in the AM and he almost immediately was lubricated and stopped displaying any signs of stiffness seemingly overnight. I can’t rave about this enough. He likes it in his food and it crumbles up really nicely if your dog doesn’t like taking whole treats like mine.

I wrote the following to Wuffe at their customer service/warranty email, but still have yet to hear back (UPDATE: I did hear back from Wuffe finally...their response is at the bottom of this message, and it is a disgusting response): "I ordered the "Wuffes Chewable Dog Hip and Joint Supplement for Small & Medium Breeds - Glucosamine & Chondroitin Chews - Dog Joint Supplements & Vitamins - Extended Joint Care - 60 Ct" product on August 28th via Amazon, and I started a Subscribe & Save the same day. My dog was 16 years old, and starting to have issues with her hips and walking, so I figured I'd give these a try. We gave the recommended dosage to her the day after the first container arrived, and she instantly started going downhill that same day. Not thinking that it was because of the Wuffes, I continued to give them to her for a couple of days. The second day she wasn't walking at all. She stopped eating and was VERY lethargic. I stopped giving them to her and she was able to start walking a little bit again, and eat, and drink, but she still was in terrible condition. I also noticed that her stomach was swollen. I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure she started to have seizures as well. It was a terrible situation all around. We had to put her down on Saturday. Her health went from starting to get bad to having to be put down within a week after starting these. Nothing else changed with her diet nor routines, other than giving her these Wuffes." For my review: I wish I had read some of the other reviews about how deadly these are and how they made other dogs sick. Our dog was healthy, other than her legs starting to get weaker. I have never seen her stomach bloat up as much as it did when she had these things. I've never seen it bloat up at all, actually, and she eats basically anything. She stopped eating after taking these. She stopped doing anything other than laying down, sleeping, and having what looked to be seizures. I never should have given her these "supplements" which turned out to be poison. We had to take her in to be put down after she had multiple seizure-like episodes. During one of them, she let out a very loud, whimpering howl, which we all thought was the TV at first, then saw her arching her back and her neck and realized it was her. It was horrifying and so sad to watch. She hardly ever makes noises other than eating noises. These are truly terrible products and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. UPDATED RESPONSE: Wuffes responded to this review writing the following: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase. If you would like a full refund: please reply 'Full refund'. We hope that you give us another chance. Thank you very much." Having to put my dog down is MORE than an "inconvenience". And how in the world am I to "give (them) another chance" when my dog is dead because of their product? Unbelievable! I also asked them to pay for the vet bill of putting my dog down, but they refused. Great. So I get my money back on the product that has killed my dog, and I no longer have my baby. Fantastic. DON'T buy anything to do with this company!

My 9-year-old Newfoundland has been taking these for about 6 weeks. We noticed over a couple of months that she was slowing down and no longer wanted to run around and play. Suddenly, we were having a hard time getting her up to go outside, climb up to her spot on the couch, or go upstairs to bed. She was panting a lot and clearly in pain. If a 130-pound dog does not want to get up, they don't. We couldn't get her in the car to take her to the vet. She was so dire that we were preparing ourselves for the worst. I know there is no miracle drug for old dogs, but I wanted to give these a try. She's a VERY picky eater and will not eat them out of my hand. She will eat them broken up in her food. This normally would not work with anything else, and she knows it's in there, so she must not mind the taste. She can pick the tiniest pill or supplement out if she doesn't want it. Within a week or two, we started to notice improvement. Within 3 or 4 weeks, she was showing significant improvement with her mobility and overall attitude. She can get back up to her spot on the couch without help, go upstairs without any help, and has started to run around and play with her ball again. We are so happy that this product is easing her pain and letting her move and act more like herself. It's not a fountain of youth, and she's still an old girl, but now she can be an old girl who can move around with much less pain, and her quality of life is so much better. Yes, they do work. Yes, they are expensive. No, they will not make your dog immortal. Unfortunately, most people who are purchasing Wuffes are buying them for their senior dog. I think the product is getting some bad reviews due to people who are hurting from the loss of a beloved pet, and they need someone or something to blame for that pain. I've been there before.
