I’ve always been a little sceptical about smartwatches. However, having researched the Tensky SmartWatch ID20I BT (Black) I felt it would be perfect for my needs and so it turned out to be. When it arrived I found the instructions clear and easy to follow, although I had already downloaded the Manual and FAQ's PDF files from the Amazon U.K. site. I followed the instructions exactly, downloaded and registered the iOS app, even used the QR Code as suggested. The set up was simple, connected first time. Had the watch up and running in less the 5 minutes. I later watched a few YouTube videos (One of which did a direct comparison with the Apple Smartwatch and the Tensky came out better) which were very helpful to figure out some of the hidden features e.g. The Weather card only shows basic information but if you access it from the applications list you get an additional 5 days of forecasts. Overall all I’m 100% satisfied with this Smartwatch, excellent quality, extremely great value for money. Feels like I’ll have it for years. BRILLIANT.

I have this watch from two weeks now and really loving it. It is a very nice looking smart watch. Excellent smart features range at this price tag. Build quality is very good. I found it easy to setup. Instruction with the watch were easy to understand.

I really liked this watch. It was easy to use and looked nice. Sadly it stopped working after a while and I had to return it. This was easy to do and refund was quick. A friend as had same watch for well over a year, so maybe I just had a faulty one.

Connected to my phone in the beginning and it worked fine for a short while.Now it just will not connect despite what I do with it - turning it on and off, disconnecting from Bluetooth and reconnecting....won't work.Very disappointing as I need it for when I'm in work.

Bought it for my daughter as a Christmas present, she wore it for about 4 days and it brought her out in a really bad rash on her wrist

Bought this watch as a gift for my gf. She loves the feel and face size of the ID208 Plus. Functionwise, the sleep aid and breathing training are brilliant. Sound quality for calls is good. Looking forward to accessories the watch itself shortly! The FB Group is great for tips and advice too.

As this is inexpensive, I found it works brilliantly. Comforable to wear, strap is stong and hard wearing.Tells the time, blood preasure, excersise, stress levels. Just what I needed.

I ordered this smart watch for my granddaughter. She likes it really well. The phone call function works well and she loves the convenience of that. The health functions are clear cut and give her good readings. The watch face is a good size making it easy to read.

I am going to list this as a pros and cons list, because I find that easier for this particular product.PROS;-A sleek look, but big enough to handle every day tasks.-Phone calls work great, and the speaker and mic quality are not bad at all. I never have connection issues either.-Connects to Alexa, as well as Bluetooth, for easier access to everything.-Find my phone access, plays a little jingle on your phone, which is so convenient.-Watch screen turns on when the watch is raised, works amazingly.-Battery life is great! Like... 24+ hours.CONS;-I don't personally like the watch strap, I had to replace it, it was a little scratchy, but I have sensitive skin and sensory issues.-You have to open the camera app on your phone first for camera control, and the same goes for music.-The sleep option is a breathing exercise, which is great, but the bright screen makes it unhelpful - don't personally like that feature.So all in all, I can definitely recommend, but it does have it's flaws. It is a cheaper option than name brand watches, so it definitely makes it worth it to me. I can recommend.

De este rango de precios y características es la que más me ha gustado.La funcionalidad táctil tampoco da problema alguno, es fluida,Con la app Da Fit que te descargas en el móvil se establece el vínculo con el mismo, para poder recibir las notificaciones del teléfono y almacenar los datos recogidos en el mismo para ver la evolución de tus parámetros de salud. Además, hay muy pocas.- Muchas veces no se enciende cuando lo giras para verlo, falla a menudo- La aplicación es de las que menos me ha gustado de todas las que he probado.Por el precio está bien, pero con el consumo de batería que hace del teléfono, o bien lo llevas sin emparejar (con lo cual pierdes el registro) o lo usas solo para hacer deporte.

The confessions of a Google user: I don't have or use Alexa, but I have Google Home all over my, well, home. As sad as that might be, this watch is really smart. Here's what I've found so far:PROS:+ Prefer the oblong shape to my other smart watch which is round+ Can call out (my other one will not, since it's mostly geared for Android and I have an iPhone)+ Bigger screen than the round one+ Find my phone--works really well+ Can store three watch faces actually on the phone (my other one can only keep one design)+ Comfortable strap--important!+ Camera control. Have to cue the app up first on the phone, but good for remote selfies+ Raise to wake works really well+ Complex watch touch. Normal use (for me): select the menu using the crown, then scroll through the menu+ UPDATE: So I went on vacation and forgot to take the charging cable. As noted below, it's a different type of cable. So I figured it was just going to tun out of juice. Not so. Six days later, it still had over 20% charge. Really, really good.ALSO can cycle through the menu items one at a a time with swipe-left or swipe-rightALSO swipe-down from the watch face brings up nine options including "flashlight" (which is really just a white screen), power saving mode, and othersALSO swipe-up from the watch face cycles through messages and calls. NiceCONS (-) and MEHS (o)o Have to cue up music on the phone. Watch then adjusts volume and stop/pauseo Alexa not Google :-(- No BP. My round watch has this though it's not super accurate- Uses a unique charger attachment with two small magnetic pins. Nah I don't sleep with my watch onSUMMARYThis is a truly excellent watch for the money. Mostly compatible with an iPhone (better than Android-centric smart watches in my experience). Does most of the things an Apple Watch does for a fraction of the cost. Well recommended
