Great Buy for the Price
I have used it several times for light Duty things. Perfect to keep in my Vehicle for whatever. Tightening Rear View Mirror Etc.

No lock
The tool appears to be ok, but the metal does not look the same as other similar tools I have purchased - somehow this one seems cheaper made. My biggest problem is that the knife or any other tools lock in place. I can't really speak about the quality because I returned it due to the lack of a locking capability.

Inexpensive but features aren't the best
It's not a bad tool, but it's also not a good tool. It's advertised as a fishing multitool, but won't cut fishing line. None of the other tools lock in place. It was inexpensive, so take the functionality with a grain of salt. The pliers do work well, so that's a plus.
