This is a good value and high quality like the rest of their products.Easy to swallow and seems to boost energy a bit. I haven't done any formal testing but reservatrol is supposed to be great for cardiovascular health.

I have only taken two bottles of the Resveratrol, but so far have seen a remarkable lowering of post workout soreness. I have not changed anything (workout habits, dietary or other supplements), and adding this has increased my recovery time to workout harder each week. EVLution puts out great products, and this one is another in their fine line of products. The pills are easy to swallow, and have no taste or aftertaste. I have seen research that Resveratrol will help with heart health, and also potentially loose some weight--I am looking forward to those results as well!

I've been trusting EVL with quite a number of sups lately. I gave these a try for the cardiovascular and immune support and so far I've been impressed. I'm not sold yet as to whether these really affect anti-aging, but if that's the case then it's the cherry on top. I've been using EVL products for years, the products I'm using always do what they say they do. Mostly the pre workout products, vitamins, fish oil etc.This is yet another product to add to my routine, so far so good. I use it for the immune system and stress support, if it also makes me look younger, that would be great lol.
