Great value
Great value for what they are. The lighter ones I just gave to my kids as fidget toys but the stronger ones are worthwhile.

Great for stretching to strengthen hands. Ideal if you need to keep mobility, recover from an injury or just need to strengthen hands for an activity. Simple idea and easy to use.

Really good stretch
These came in very handy for working my forearms after having tennis elbow. You really get that pump in your forearm muscles. You could probably get the same workout from a few elastic bands. If gets easy then just add another band. But yeah, these are great

Bought these as a stocking filler for my hubby who loves climbing and he was very pleased with them.

Get what you pay for
Ratings of resistance are pretty rubbish and not accurate, the lower rating does what I need it but the variety of strengths don't match the description.
