BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I did finally get my mold, it's a good mold BUT - The customer service is awful! The post office said I picked up the mold on their track on 09/11. I never picked up the mold. Svit refused to believe me and this is the message they sent me - Greetings.Here is a link to the tracking results from the carrier.https://******************************My track number and tracking are correct because you can see for yourself that the package was delivered to the specified address.Therefore, you need to contact the USPS post office and clarify the data regarding delivery. You can also contact the carrier hotline tel +1 800-***-****You should not worry, your package will definitely be found. Just ask the carrier for delivery information.Also write me the results of the application to the post office. So that I know if I need to contact the police.Thank you. - The post office did eventually deliver the mold to my house at a later date, but never changed their tracking to show that they were wrong. Svit never was going to do anything about it!

Good Detail
Ships from Ukraine. May take a bit to the US. Both molds I have purchased have arrived sooner than expected date.There is a lip around the casting that could be thicker. Which would make it thicker overall. The picture is a crack resistant concrete casting that I poured yesterday. Missed a bit on the release agent, but, this was just a trial run.Because this is tiered/contoured with no flat spots to sit flat, you will need to stabilize the corners(not a big deal). Overall, an excellent design IMO.
