Its large size, durability, and easy installation make it a great choice for patios
Let's talk about its size. The Xlimin shade cloth measures 10 x 20 feet, which provides ample coverage for different areas such as patios, gardens, plants cover, greenhouses, barns, and even dog kennels. With its large size, you can easily create shaded areas to protect your plants, animals, or outdoor living spaces from excessive sunlight. I'm using it to cover my patio gables to give us more shading during the day.One of the standout features of this shade cloth is its 70% sunblock rate. This means that it effectively blocks 70% of the sunlight, providing a cool and shaded environment. It's especially useful for delicate plants or areas that require less direct sunlight. The mesh design of the cloth allows for air circulation, reducing heat buildup and creating a more comfortable space.Durability is another important factor to consider, and the Xlimin shade cloth doesn't disappoint. It is made from high-quality materials that are built to last. The mesh fabric is resistant to tearing, fraying, and fading, ensuring that it can withstand various weather conditions. This makes it a reliable option for long-term outdoor use.Installation is a breeze with the grommets placed along the edges of the shade cloth. These grommets make it easy to attach the cloth to structures or supports securely. Even during windy conditions, you can trust that the shade cloth will remain in place.Lastly, the Xlimin shade cloth is versatile and suitable for various outdoor applications. Whether you want to provide shade for your patio furniture, protect your plants from excessive sunlight, or create a shaded area for your pets, this shade cloth is a practical solution.I love that the Xlimin 70% Black Shade Cloth is a high-quality product that delivers effective sunblock and shading for outdoor spaces. Used on Chicken Run
This shade cloth is super light and reduced the heat in my chick run significantly. I was impressed that it did not tear when I tried wrapping my chicken run with all the exposed pointy ends of the chicken wire. Moderate tugging of it to straighten it out didn't tear the material. However it wasn't exactly 20'x20' more like 18'x18', and the 2/4 corners were reinforced correctly and the other 2 seemed like it could potentially be an issue. I'm in Oklahoma and we've been having 70-100 mph winds lately so I'll make an update to see how it withstands the winds.

Very good!
Very good product as it allows the 50% sun perfectly that I used for my pond as advertised. The only reason why it isn’t 5 stars is that once I hung it up, the next day it began to sag or stretch out. It hasn’t done it since but I recommend it stretching it out once day before you make the work permanent and you should be fine. Besides that it’s perfect and would highly recommend

Works great
Our chicks are a lot cooler with this over their pin. Great at keeping the sun away with just enough light.

Easy to work with
I read it was waterproof. But it's pretty hole-y. Meaning water seeps through it. My neighbor above me is always getting crap on my balcony, lets birds nest up there waters flowers, so my balcony looks crappy. I bought this and cut it in strips to cover the slats. It works well for the debris but water can still seep through

Not rain proof.
I returned this item. I didn’t realize weather proof isn’t rain proof. It’s completely mesh/see through material.
